Ponder this ...
• What do the words To Heal, Healing, Healer, mean to me ?
• What needs attention, grace, compassion ?
• How can a creative approach lead to a satisfying conclusion ?
• Is there someone who can help support or guide me in a healing process that I need to reach out to or pay attention to ?
• Is it time for me to step into the role of Healer ?

Healing may not be so much about getting better, as about letting go of everything that isn't you - all of the expectations, all of the beliefs - and becoming who you are. ~ Rachel Naomi Remen

What do the words To Heal, Healing, Healer, mean to you ?

If we are willing to sit quietly in contemplation with this question, deep and profound insights about what needs healing, how we can be an instrument of healing, and what it actually means and looks like to heal and be healed can surface and take shape in our consciousness, our bodies, our lives.

Finding a solution, resolving a problem, or bringing about lasting healing can be found by taking a creative approach or using creative arts and expression as a means to those ends.

Pay attention to someone that comes into your field of existence today (or that pops to mind when pondering a situation in need of healing). They are likely to have just the right words, be a guiding light through example, or be just the shoulder you need to cry on that can make everything feel, not only better, but possible to sort through and reach a satisfying conclusion.

We are being asked to re-establish our own power, authority and sovereignty over our emotions and emotional wellbeing. Instead of taking the easy way out and blaming others or past situation for how we feel, let’s being willing to sit down with ourselves (or perhaps with a counsellor or therapist) and plumb the depths of those feelings, taking back the power and control to determine how we feel rather than handing it over to those external things and putting our happiness in the hands and responsibility of others.

Perhaps we may find that there's no way to ignore that it is time for us to step into the role of Healer in some way, whether helping to bring closure to a difficult situation, or more broadly moving in a direction that fulfils a life purpose and calling to serve others in that way.
