Ponder this ...
• What do I need to get rid of ?
• What could slow me down or hold me back in the new year ?
• Who do I want to become in 2019 ?
• How can I put and leave the past behind me once and for all ?
Our vanity, our passions, our spirit of imitation, our abstract intelligence, our habits have long been at work, and it is the task of art to undo this work of theirs, making us travel back in the direction from which we have come to the depths where what has really existed lies unknown within us. ~ Marcel Proust
The unravelling and releasing begins in earnest …
We’re past the holiday hubbub and looking towards the beginning of the new calendar year.
And with the new year comes a significant astrological event (Mars moving into Aries on New Years) that lights a fuse ready for us to rocket into the year full of enthusiasm, energy, drive, vision and purpose.
In order to do so, we need to jettison anything and everything over the next few days that might hold us back, weigh us down, slow things up or in any other way get in the way of us moving into the new year with gusto.
Whatever needs to be behind us, it’s time to put it there and leave it once and for all. Come the new year, we want to move ahead with no rearview mirror, focused solely and completely on the path forward.
So clear out the clutter, get rid of the people and situations that may be a part of your past but have no place in your future, and make sure that what doesn’t need to be there isn’t come New Year’s day.
Exciting things are on the horizon, and it’s all going to go from 0 to 60 seemingly overnight as we move in to 2019 … be ready !
