We might feel pressured to make a decision; it will be important to trust our inner knowing, not to let fear or a need to please others influence our thinking. Speak carefully, but speak honestly. Harmony is less important than durable agreements.
While this aspect can help us be realistic about an issue, it can also tend toward pessimism—seeing the glass half empty instead of half full. We may encounter delays, criticism, heavier responsibilities, or moments when self-doubt becomes louder than usual. Don’t confuse temporary difficulty with permanent failure. Look for where the criticism contains one useable sentence, and where the delay protects something.
